Welcome to Frisco ISD! We’re excited to help your family get ready for the 2025–26 school year. Below is everything you need to know about enrollment, deadlines, required documents, and next steps.
All elementary and secondary students must submit a valid Proof of Residency (POR) by May 23, 2025.
Submissions after this date may delay your student’s class assignment or schedule.
Frisco ISD serves students who reside within our attendance boundaries, including parts of Frisco, Plano, McKinney and Little Elm.
Students must live within Frisco ISD boundaries to enroll, unless participating in the Access Frisco program..

If your address is near a boundary line, contact us to confirm your zone.
Students zoned to closed campuses will be placed at a designated partner school. View the list of 2025–26 Closed Campuses.

Access Frisco applicants offered a provisional seat are emailed directly with enrollment links and deadlines.
To complete registration, the enrolling parent/guardian must provide:
Certified copy of birth certificate (Requirement Info)
Immunization Records (Texas Requirements)
Proof of residency (Accepted Documents)
Last report card or unofficial transcript (high school only)
Driver's license of enrolling parent
Pre-K qualification documents (if applicable)
If your child primarily speaks a language other than English at home, their campus will contact you to schedule an assessment for placement in a bilingual or English as a Second Language (ESL) program.
Step 1: Gather Your Documents
Step 2: Complete the Online Registration Form. Each child must be registered individually.
Step 3: Click “Create Account”. Enter your email address, name and phone number and create a password for your account. Remember your account's email address and password; you will use the same email and password in future years.
Step 4: Enter Student Information and upload required documents.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once submitted. Enrollment is not complete until your documents are reviewed and approved by District staff.

A counselor will connect with you to plan course selection based on previous school records. To prepare:
Middle School Students: Review and complete your grade-level Course Planning Document.
High School Students: Browse the Academic Guide & Course Catalog to explore course offerings and complete a four year plan.
