Community Input Meeting

During the school year, the Board of Trustees will host periodic Community Input Meeting in the auditorium of the District Administration Building. 

The Community Input Meeting replaced Inside Scoop which had included presentations from District leadership on timely topics, based on feedback from the community.

Community Input Meetings are designed as an opportunity for stakeholders to provide constructive input or ask questions on any issue related to District business or governance. Community Input Meetings will not have specific topics on the agenda. As a result, speakers may speak on any topic related to Frisco ISD business or operations. 

However, speakers at regular board meetings may only provide comments regarding action items, unless the presiding officer determines in advance of the meeting that individuals may comment on non-action items.

Anyone wishing to speak during a Community Input Meeting must fill out a Public Comment Card 15 minutes prior to the posted start time of the meeting. Stakeholders will be called up to speak in the order in which they signed up and each community stakeholder will have up to two minutes to speak to District leadership. 

Following the meeting and within three business days, community questions and answers will be provided on this webpage. A recorded video of the meeting will be posted at that time as well. See the Board Operating Procedures for more information.
