Iron Horse Aquatics

Iron Horse Aquatics is a swimming and diving club open to ages 5 to 18 and launching in September 2021. Although it is based at Frisco ISD's Bruce Eubanks Natatorium, it is open to swimmers and divers from beyond FISD boundaries.

Iron Horse Aquatics is a USA Swimming member club and will compete in year-round USA Swimming sanctioned competitions. It is owned by FISD, but operates separately from FISD swimming and diving programs. FISD swimmers and divers have the option of joining the club, which will hold practices several times per week at times set up for various age groups.

Anyone interested in trying out for Iron Horse Aquatics should be able to successfully complete a minimum of 25 yards in freestyle, backstroke and either breaststroke or butterfly. Tryout sessions are planned for September at the Bruce Eubanks Natatorium, which is located at 7411 First Street in Frisco. A tryout, which will take approximately 15 minutes, can be scheduled by filling out the Iron Horse Aquatics Interest Questionnaire.

Once tryouts are complete, athletes chosen for the team will receive email invitations to join the club. The plan is for Iron Horse Aquatics to hold its first practices in October.
