Annual Student Registration

Parents and guardians of current students will receive an email invitation to indicate enrollment intentions for the 2024-25 school year beginning April 2, 2024. Complete the 2024-25 annual student registration form if your family is returning to the same campus or moving to another campus or out of Frisco ISD. Parents who do not receive an email by April 14 should contact their child’s campus.

The Process

The primary student contact listed in the FISD student information system will receive a separate email for each individual student with PowerSchool Enrollment instructions and a unique snapcode needed to begin that student's online registration process. 

  • You will not receive all snapcode emails simultaneously if you have multiple students.

  • If the primary contact's email has changed, please email ISRegistration@friscoisd.org with the student’s name, campus and ID as well as your name.

  • If the form is not submitted within 30 days of the original email, the student’s secondary guardian will also receive an email.

After completing registration, you can update the information by submitting a Change of Information Form to your child’s school.

Additional Registration Requirements

Immunization: By law, parents must also provide updated immunization records (if necessary) before school begins in order to attend class.  View immunization requirements. 

Proof of Residency: Families must provide proof of residency each year in order to complete the student enrollment and registration process. View the proof of residency requirements and submission process. Returning students need to submit their Proof of Residency prior to the first day of school, please note the additional deadlines and conditions below.

Elementary Grades

  • Elementary students will not be assigned to a class until a valid Proof of Residency is approved. 

Secondary Grades
Deadline to submit a valid Proof of Residency is May 30, 2024 for secondary students to view their schedule on their campus release date. Secondary students submitting PORs after the deadline may not receive their schedule prior to the start of school. Schedules will only be released for students that have:

  • Completed annual registration

  • Submitted a valid Proof of Residency

  • Have no holds at their campus
