After Enrollment: Staying in Access Frisco
Families do not need to reapply each year. Students may remain in Frisco ISD through graduation (following the projected Access Frisco feeder pattern) as long as they continue to meet program expectations related to attendance, behavior and academic performance. Families should note:

What’s New for 2026–27
When moving from elementary to middle school or middle school to high school, students will submit a Transfer Request form (not a full application).
Each year, families will also complete a Transfer Agreement outlining program expectations.
Starting in 2026-27, Frisco ISD will expand Access Frisco to include paid prekindergarten for eligible students who live outside the district. Applications for tuition-based pre-K will open April 1, 2026, with more information available through the district’s enrollment resources.
Families will continue to follow the projected Access Frisco feeder pattern, ensuring a smooth progression through elementary, middle, and high school.
