The Technology & Media Services department hosts a Help Desk where staff, students and parents can ask for technology-related support on school days.
Each campus has a Digital Learning Coach (DLC) who helps staff integrate technology into student-centered learning through coaching, planning, co-teaching, and training. Staff can contact their DLC anytime for support.
Campus and District Tech Specialists ensure reliable hardware and software. Staff and secondary students submit help tickets via Incident IQ; elementary teachers submit tickets on behalf of their students.
