We’re all in this together! Digital citizenship is the responsible use of technology to learn, create, communicate, and participate. Family engagement is a core component of our approach to digital citizenship implementation.
It is our goal for students in Frisco ISD to be good digital citizens. We believe teaching students about digital citizenship is a partnership among staff, students and parents.
In accordance with HB 3171, Section 38.023, the Texas Education Agency developed and made available to school districts a list of resources concerning Internet Safety.
In accordance with HB 3489 Technology Guidance, the Texas Education Agency (TEA), in consultation with the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), developed and distributed model health and safety best practice guidelines for the use of digital devices in local education agencies.
