What Families Need to Apply (Required Documents)

Applications are submitted through PowerSchool Enrollment. Families should be prepared to provide the following documents:

• Birth certificate or passport

• Immunization records

• Parent driver’s license or passport

• Previous school records (most recent report card or unofficial transcript)

• Proof of residency (gas, water, or electric bill)

• Optional: Student Social Security card
