Below are RAIL participation guidelines for students by graduating class:
You may join our online community for acceleration taking up to 1 full elective credit in addition to your full schedule (two .5 courses). Freshmen may not take any core course online for acceleration.
Electives include:
Communication Applications (Speech)
Health
BIM
Lifetime Fitness & Wellness (PE)
NOTE: Summer after Freshman year if a student has met standard in Algebra I EOC they may take Geometry for acceleration.
NOTE: Compulsory attendance still applies
You may join our online community for acceleration taking up to 1 full elective credit PLUS an optional pathway to reach AP Calculus by Senior year. If you have met standard in Algebra I EOC you may take Geometry online with concurrent Algebra II in class.

Lifetime Fitness & Wellness (PE)
NOTE: Compulsory attendance still applies
You may join our online community for acceleration taking up to 1 full elective credit PLUS an optional pathway to early graduation. If you have met standard on English I and English II EOC you may take English III online and English IV in class OR if you have met standard for Biology EOC you may take your 4th science (Environmental Systems, Earth Systems Science).

NOTE: Compulsory attendance still applies and early graduation requires school administration, counselor and parent approval.
You may join our online community for acceleration taking up to 1 full elective PLUS Seniors who only need Semester 2 core courses, for a total of 2 additional credits (four .5 core classes), may elect to take Spring semester in addition to their fall schedule if available.
