The EDGE Dual Credit Program is an elevated level of faculty and student engagement that exceeds standard teaching responsibilities. EDGE students are not just taking college classes—they are joining a learning community of innovators and problem solvers. The program cultivates intellectual curiosity, resilience, and leadership through experiential learning and mentorship.
At its core, EDGE is grounded in Project-Based Learning, a pedagogy in which students engage in sustained inquiry to solve complex, authentic problems. Faculty design interconnected, universal themes that drive interdisciplinary projects, ensuring that course content across multiple subjects contributes meaningfully to a shared outcome.
Experiential: An innovative, four-semester interdisciplinary learning experience designed around project-based, real-world problem solving
