Frisco ISD Responds to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Frisco ISD continues to monitor the spread of COVID-19, the respiratory illness caused by a novel (new) coronavirus. The District receives regular updates and guidance from Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Texas Education Agency Commissioner Mike Morath and other local, state and federal agencies regarding response, prevention and mitigation efforts. This direction will continue to evolve based on COVID-19 conditions across the state and our local community. On-Campus or Virtual Instruction
Frisco ISD parents have the choice between on-campus or virtual instruction for the 2020-21 school year. The following links show the numbers of parents who selected each environment for the given time period and/or the number who changed for the new nine weeks. The change period for the fourth nine weeks of school is Feb. 8-12, with changes going into effect March 22.
