Frisco ISD offers free classes for adults who are interested in learning English or to those who did not graduate from high school and would like to obtain a General Equivalency Diploma (GED). GED testing services are also available.
Community members are welcome to utilize the District's unlocked, non-irrigated outdoor recreational facilities for their own recreational use when the facilities are not in use by the District or for a scheduled, non-school related purpose. Interested in doing business with Frisco ISD? All purchases made with District funds need to be made from a vendor that has been approved by the Board of Trustees. Find out how to become an approved vendor.
Frisco ISD maintains a list of individuals willing to volunteer to share their knowledge, expertise and experiences with students in specific areas. Individual teachers use this list to invite speakers to visit their classrooms based on what is being studied.
Frisco ISD offers a Gold Card to senior citizens to enable them to attend most District activities free of charge. This includes home athletic events and fine arts events. In addition, FISD also maintains a list of seniors who may be interested in attending our annual Senior Citizen Appreciation Luncheon each December, as well as a senior tour featuring our schools and programs.
