Secondary Summer School

Secondary Summer School provides learning opportunities for FISD students entering grades 9-12 in the 2019-20 school year, as well as Out-of-District students, who need to take courses for credit recovery or wish to do so for advancement. Frisco ISD also provides students in grades 6-8 with options for credit recovery in math, English, science and social studies.

FISD Secondary Summer School 2019

  • Secondary Summer School provides learning opportunities for FISD students entering grades 9-12 in the 2019-20 school year, as well as Out-of-District students, who need to take courses for credit recovery or wish to do so for advancement.   • Registration Dates
    May 13 - Registration Opens
    June 5 - In-person registration for non-FISD students or FISd students who were unable to register electronically
    June 6 - Last day of registration
  • Summer School Sessions
    June 10 - First day of summer school
    June 10-11 - On campus prescriptive testing for all credit recovery classes
    July 1-4 - Summer school closed
    July 18 - Last day of summer school

    Final Exam Dates
    July 22-23
    * Finals may be taken as soon as a course is completed, and there is no requirement to wait until July 22 or 23; however all tests must be taken on a summer school campus. July 22 and 23 are for finals only. There will be no instruction on these days.
