Thank you for your interest in the Frisco ISD Foreign Exchange program!

The Frisco ISD Foreign Exchange program collaborates with foreign exchange agencies and host families within Frisco ISD to place students at each of the 12 high schools in Frisco for one school year.

The application for the 25-26 school year has closed.

To Host a Foreign Exchange Student for the 26-27 School Year:

The online application for the 2026-27 school year will be available March 2, 2026. Interested host families should contact a TEA-approved foreign exchange program in order to learn how to sign up as a host family and connect with a potential student.

• The online application will be available on this webpage (linked within the Foreign Exchange guidelines document) beginning March 2, 2026. All applications must be submitted electronically by the agent. Please submit applications before June 1, 2026.

• All required documents will be uploaded and submitted electronically through the online application. Please fully review the Frisco ISD Foreign Exchange Guidelines and Application to review required documents.

• Only copies of official documents will be reviewed.

• Incomplete applications or applications submitted without the required copies of official documents will not be processed.

• Applications will be reviewed in the order received. Applications will not be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the school year.

• Agents will be notified of acceptances as they are approved, and no later than June 19, 2026.
