Opening week for Seahawk Soccer⚽️

The Seahawks Senate traveled to Group Dynamix on Friday where students learned team building skills through engaging activities that strengthened communication, trust, and leadership.

The 8th-grade GT students are taking advantage of the pretty weather, reading The Count of Monte Cristo or The Scarlet Pimpernel or The Hobbit for their first PBA focused on analyzing character motivation and behavior.

What a joy to celebrate these incredible kids impacting others in a positive way🥳 Congratulations to these Soaring Seahawks!

Please join us in congratulating Vivaan and Mahi on making it to round 2 of the FISD Junior Citizens Bee! Yesterday, they both competed in the second round of the competition and Vivaan scored high enough to move on to round 3 which will take place next week. Only the top ten scores from the entire district make it to round 3, so this is a very substantial accomplishment!

Please join us in celebrating Thulasi U. - her design has won the NTTA’s 2026 Student Safety Design Contest (grades 6 - 12)! The competition included numerous submissions from across the Metroplex, and her artwork stood out as the top favorite among the Roadside Safety Services team, who served as judges.

The Seahawks Senate awards Coach Neely with Top Hawk of the week for her unwavering dedication to the Scoggins. She always makes students feel seen and heard, and she pours her heart into helping them succeed. Congratulations, Coach Neely!

Sliding into Spring Break celebrating these outstanding Seahawks and the wonderful contributions they make to our school. Job well done!

Congratulations to our Chamber Orchestra on STRAIGHT 1's at UIL today🏆🥳💙🩵

Did you know that 3.10 is Mario Day?! Our students sure did!

GT 8th-graders are learning about Aristotle’s “tragedy of the commons.” Here, they’re deciding how each table group must divide up fish from a pond so that everyone has enough fish to survive without depleting the pond, resulting in starvation.

This Saturday was spent at Academic UIL for many of our Seahawks! We are proud of the contestants and thankful for our coaches.

Symphonic Band brings home SWEEPSTAKES! Congratulations Ms. Hoffman and students!
