Frisco ISD cattle teams recently took part in several competitions across the state, providing them with valuable experience in livestock exhibition as they represented their programs with pride.

• Independence senior Ava Baldwin and Heritage senior Camryn Garcia exhibited steer and heifers at a show in Bonham in late September, demonstrating dedication and responsibility while preparing and showing their cattle.

• Griffin seventh grader Reese Dodson and Wakeland sophomore Griffin Dodson represented Wakeland FFA at the Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo in Waco this month, exhibiting their heifers in the livestock show. Reese placed third and Griffin earned fifth place during two shows in a very competitive Simbrah class.
