Frisco ISD regularly solicits community feedback on a number of topics, from bonds to technology to student experience. That feedback helps guide District leadership as decisions are made, as well as identifying gaps and alignments of stakeholder perspectives.
As part of that ongoing engagement, Frisco ISD will conduct its 2025-26 parent, staff and student survey March 2-15.
The District has partnered with an independent research and communications firm, Sogolytics (formerly known as K12 Insight), to administer the survey. All results are confidential, and final reports only include overall results. Adding yet another layer of confidentiality, this year the community and staff survey links will be open and not unique to each person.
Parents who would prefer their students not take the survey have the option to opt them out.
The survey will close March 15 at 11:59 p.m. The community is encouraged to participate, as results play an important role in District planning.

Students
Each campus will administer the student survey during school hours in a timeline and fashion that works best for their student community. In elementary, only fourth and fifth grade students are surveyed.
Parents and staff
Parents and guardians will receive a direct email with a link to complete the optional, confidential survey the afternoon of March 2. Staff will receive a direct email with directions on how to complete the confidential survey.

Next steps
All results will be compiled with the guidance of Sogolytics. This spring, campus leadership will attend a training session to guide the analysis and goal-setting for individual campuses. The results will be shared with the public and the Board of Trustees at a regular meeting this summer.

Frisco ISD sought feedback about the 2024-25 school year, and shared those results last summer. Key results focused on staff sentiment, school security, future-ready learning and student behavior.
The 2023-24 survey administered last spring provided feedback on academics, student support and employee satisfaction, among other topics.
Frisco ISD sought community feedback after the November 2024 bond failed. Results were presented during a Board of Trustees capital projects update in January.
In fall 2023, the community weighed in on the student opportunity model, early childhood programming and the maintenance and operations of campuses.
