Reedy and Wakeland won team titles and dozens of Frisco ISD swimmers and divers won medals last week at the North Texas 5A TISCA Invitational.
Reedy won the girls title and Wakeland won the boys title at the event hosted by Frisco ISD’s Bruce Eubanks Natatorium. Athletes from all 12 FISD high schools competed in the event, along with swimmers and divers from teams as far away as Texarkana, Texas.
The event was a measuring stick as swimmers and divers prepare for district and regional meets that will take place in January. The 2023 UIL State Swimming and Diving Championships will be held in February.
