Early Student Transfer Request Window Runs Through Feb. 5
Each year, elementary and middle school students in Frisco ISD have the opportunity to transfer to a campus other than their home campus through an application process. Students in grades PK-8 can transfer within the District to campuses with a projected enrollment of less than 90% capacity. Transportation is the responsibility of the parent. The early request window for next school year is open now through Feb. 5, with a second window opening in July. Requests can be submitted via the Student Transfer tile in The Gateway.
Help FISD Deliver Books to Students in Need
Did you know that Frisco ISD has more low socioeconomic status students than 80% of the districts in Texas have in their total student population? Research shows that the vast majority of the achievement gap between middle-income and lower-income children accrues during the summer. Help Frisco ISD bridge the gap by supporting our “Every Student, One Book at a Time” campaign, which aims to gift at least one book to more than 8,500 elementary, middle and high school students.
