FISD Student Athletes Return to Competition

Frisco ISD is excited to host its first athletic competitions since the COVID-19 outbreak began. Athletic seasons for tennis, cross country, volleyball and football are all underway or starting soon. The first varsity football games are next week. In following TEA and UIL guidelines, event attendance is limited to maintain social distancing. That means attendance is restricted to immediate family members for most events. Due to the larger size of venues for varsity football, a small number of general public tickets will be pre-sold online only starting on Wednesday of the week the game will be played. Live video streams will be available online for most competitions held at high school and middle school stadiums and gymnasiums.

The school is set to open in 2022, and zoning will take place next year.
