Non-Enrolled Students Application Process
If your student lives within the Frisco ISD boundaries, but is not currently enrolled as a student, you can still apply to FISD+. These students will follow the same expectations and steps of students who are currently enrolled, but have a few additional steps and a separate application link.
The application form opened on December 1, 2021 at 9 a.m. Spots are still available for FISD+ and we will now take candidates on a first come, first serve basis. Applications are timestamped and once we fill to capacity the application will close. Before applying, please read the FISD+ non-enrolled student application instructions.

STAAR/EOC Exams
Like enrolled students, non-enrolled students must also have passed the STAAR/EOC exams. If your current school does not provide STAAR/EOC testing, it is the family’s responsibility to sign-up for the appropriate exam on their FISD home campus.
To apply for an on-campus STAAR/EOC exam, families will need to first apply through the Texas Education Agency’s Out-of-District/Out-of-State Examinee Registration Form
Important Steps
Students who are accepted into the FISD+ program will need to pre-register for enrollment with Frisco ISD and attend a webinar specifically for non-enrolled students. Families will receive information regarding the February pre-registration and course selection window and the March 1st webinar via email.
