FISD+ Student Profile
Online and hybrid students:

Are in good standing with attendance and discipline

Have passing grades from the previous year on their final report card or transcript and are on track to graduating with their cohort

Have a guardian as a learning coach

Possess all required materials, have a computer that will run any required programs necessary to actively engage in online learning. Students may check-out a Chromebook and request a hotspot

Must actively participate and be on camera during live teaching, testing, tutorial and all other times as requested by the instructor.

Must follow all FISD policies and student code of conduct

Have parents who will report to campus to pick up and drop off materials as directed by the teacher

Agree to report to campus to attend tests, labs and other opportunities as directed by the teacher, administrator and TEA.

Perform at grades 9-12 in a Texas public school curriculum.

Take all state required exams, standardized exams, PSAT, Advanced Placement and other tests at their zoned home campus.
The District reserves the right to change a student’s learning environment to in-person learning at any time, including if a student is not making academic progress due to absences or lack of engagement.
