TREaT Literacy Event

• TREaT (Together Reading Eating and Talking) is a new district-wide event that aims to promote literacy while supporting local eateries and coffee shops. This two-day event will take place on October 1 and 2. Frisco ISD students, families, and employees are invited to eat at participating businesses while reading and talking about the material. In turn, these businesses will offer a special discount or deal when using #treatfisd. Go to any of the participating businesses and use #treatfisd to receive a discount/deal. While eating your food or enjoying a coffee or tea, you will read a book (or some sort of reading material) and talk about what you have read. Be sure to take a picture and post it on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram with the treatfisd hashtag and name of the participating business.
