A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of Frisco ISD will be held August 10, 2020, beginning at 6:30 p.m at the Frisco ISD Administration Building, 5515 Ohio Drive, Frisco, TX. The Board will immediately go into closed session and resume open meeting at 7:30 p.m. for regular business. Individuals should self-screen for symptoms of COVID-19 before attending the meeting and may not enter the Administration Building if they are exhibiting symptoms. Symptoms include: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea. Individuals in attendance will be required to wear a face covering while inside the building. In order to comply with guidance from the State of Texas, seats inside the Board room will be taped off to ensure at least two empty seats between each attendee, and an overflow seating area will be available in the training rooms where a livestream of the meeting will be available. All attendees should sanitize their hands upon entry to the Board room or overflow room. Disinfecting wipes will also be available at the podium during the public comment period so that each speaker can wipe down the podium and the arm of the microphone between speakers. As a result of these measures, capacity will be limited and available only on a first-come first-served basis. Once the overflow rooms reach capacity, no one else will be permitted to enter the Administration Building. Doors to the Administration Building will open at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the closed session.
