A Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of Frisco ISD will be held July 23, 2020, beginning at 6:00 PM at the Frisco ISD Administration Building, 5515 Ohio Drive, Frisco, TX. The meeting will include discussion of plans to begin the 2020-21 school year in a virtual-only format and will include the opportunity for public comment. Individuals should self-screen for symptoms of COVID-19 before attending the meeting and may not enter the Administration Building if they are exhibiting symptoms. Symptoms include: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea. Individuals in attendance will be required to wear a face covering while inside the building. Seats inside the Board room will be taped off to ensure at least two empty seats between each attendee, and an overflow seating area will be available in the training rooms where a livestream of the meeting will be available. All attendees should sanitize their hands upon entry to the Board room or overflow room. Disinfecting wipes will also be available at the podium during the public comment period so that each speaker can wipe down the podium and the arm of the microphone between speakers.
