ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
When your child cannot attend school, the state requires you provide us with a note signed by the parent/guardian explaining the reason for the absence.This note is required the day the student returns to school.
If a student fails to submit a note, the absence will be considered unexcused and the student will be allowed three (3) days to submit a written parent or doctor note (emails acceptable) excusing the absence. The absence will be unexcused if a parent/guardian fails to provide a note within the specified time. Feel free to e-mail your written excuse to us at WoodS@friscoisd.org |

The Student Handbook Addendum receipt must be signed and returned at the time of schedule pick up in order to receive a schedule. If you are unable to print one from home, forms will be provided at the time of schedule pick up. |
