Senior Photo Session Information

Don Painter Photography, Frisco High School's official senior portrait photographer, is taking appointments for senior photos. 

Senior Sessions are scheduled for the following dates:

Monday, July 28th and Tuesday, July 29th at the Holiday Inn – Starwood Ballroom - 3400 Parkwood Blvd., Frisco ALL SESSIONS AVAILABLE!

Thursday, August 21st at the Holiday Inn – Starwood Ballroom - 3400 Parkwood Blvd., Frisco ALL SESSIONS AVAILABLE!

Thursday, October 16th at Frisco High School in the Auditorium – LAST CHANCE! YEARBOOK POSES ONLY!

Summer Reading List

Exit Level TAKS Information(11th grade students)

11th grade students who do not pass any part of TAKS (math, science, language arts, and/or social studies) will be required to attend Summer TAKS Remediation classes this summer.  The dates scheduled are July 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14 and will be taught by Frisco High School teachers at Centennial High School.  These classes will be two hours in length. 

2008-2009 Enrollment Dates

Effective May 15th - To schedule an appointment for 2008-2009 enrollment, phone 469-633-5500. Available appointment dates and times are as follows:

August 4, 5, 6, & 7 - Enroll by appointment 8am-4pm

August 13 - Enroll by appointment 8am - 6pm

August 14 - Enroll by appointment 8am - 11am

August 15 - Enroll walk-ins (no appointment needed)

Summer School

This year, FISD Summer School will be held at Wakeland High School.  The first session (lst semester classes) will be June 23-July 11 (Friday, July 4th-no school).  The second session (2nd semester classes) will be July 14-July 31.  Summer school runs 8:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.  Students may enroll in one half credit course each session.  Students may take Communication Applications, Health or BCIS for advancement.  All other summer school courses are for remediation purposes.

Raccoon Alley is the official source for Frisco High apparel and accessories. With over 1,000 items, from hoodies and polos to dresses, t-shirts and outerwear. Raccoon Alley is a project of the FHS Marketing Dynamics student work program. All proceeds benefit Frisco High.

Education Appreciation FREE Websites

A local Farmers Insurance Agent has sponsored two websites which will benefit both teachers and students. These websites are completely FREE and offer the following:

• One is a time-saving resource for teachers organized by grade, subject and TEKS/TAKS objective
• One helps students with a Homework Help section, College Prep section and many other helpful links.

Home Access Center
FHS Parents: Home Access Center, an all-in-one site to view course information, student grades and much more, will again be available to FHS parents and students. You will continue to use the same Login ID and password information from last year. We will be distributing codes for those new to FHS at Meet the Teacher Night, in the meantime we will issue codes through HAC Help. Parents and Students new to FHS can request log in information by going to the FHS website and selecting the HAC Help link. When requesting a code, please include your full name, your students name and grade level, your address and relationship to student (This info is important so that we can verify the requestor is on the students contact list).

Introducing FHS Family Connection
College & Career Information
Family Connection is a "one-stop shop" for students and parents. Access information on scholarships, colleges, SAT/ACT, career planning, college applications, special opportunities for students and other important announcements from the FHS Counseling Department. Parent registration codes are available from your child's high school counselor.
