Pardon Our Mess

We are struggling with leaks in the water pipe that delivers hot and cold water from the plant behind the Ag Shop to the main building.  We have dug up and made temporary repairs but will need to make permanent repairs this summer.  To save money, we have backfilled the trenches but not poured concrete since it will come back out this summer.  This will occasionally disrupt the flow of traffic through that area. The site will look pretty much just the way it does now until long term repairs are made this summer.

Check for health information on the FISD website at http://www.friscoisd.org/departments/HealthServices

The 2009 - 2010 Course Catalog has been added to the Counselor's Corner.

Choir Earns Sweepstakes Award

Choir

Congratulations to the FHS Choirs for their outstanding performances last Thursday at Choir UIL Concert and Sightreading Competition. The Varsity Women Choir made history by earning straight 1’s (superior) ratings on both the concert and the sightreading portion. This is the first sweepstakes we have received as a 4A high school! The Varsity Mixed Choir earned a superior rating on stage and an excellent rating in sightreading. They missed earning a sweepstakes by only one judge’s rating! Mrs. Bradstreet and Mrs. Williams could not be more proud of the students for their accomplishments!
