Grow together as a family!
About the Program
The Frisco ISD Student and Parent Empowerment Program is open to students in grades K-12 and their parents or guardians. The program meets one Saturday a month from 9 a.m. to noon at the Student Opportunity Center, 6928 Maple Street in Frisco.
Educators work with participants, local businesses, community organizations and volunteers to develop and plan each session. Each month features a new topic and presenter to enrich the lives of children and give parents a toolbox for helping their kids navigate their school years and beyond. Interactive exercises, real-life experiences and open dialogue are designed to improve family relationships, build communication and help participants become better parents and students.
