Student and Parent Empowerment Program to Focus on Wellness

The final session of the school year for the Student and Parent Empowerment Program is coming up on Saturday, May 20. The free seminar, entitled Wellness 365, will examine the seven dimensions of wellness including social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual and physical wellness.

The program is open to students in grades K-12 and their parents or guardians. The session will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Student Opportunity Center, 6928 Maple Street in Frisco.

Join us for this interactive seminar examining your habits, what you value and ways to find balance in life. Complete your own wellness wheel and get tips for a healthy and fun summer for the entire family.
