Share Your Feedback on the Priorities-Based Budget Process

Oct 19, 2016

Frisco ISD seeks input from parents, staff and community members regarding District priorities and ideas for cost savings.

The District has formed three separate committees, made up of FISD employees and community members appointed by FISD leaders and the School Board, to help the District in building a balanced and sustainable budget for 2017-18 and following years.

The goal of this process is to reduce or eliminate spending in areas that do not align with identified priorities, while maintaining a focus on student learning, support and opportunities.

If you wish to submit feedback, please complete the form at by November 18, 2016.

All input is taken seriously, and responses will be reviewed by the committees and vetted for feasibility.

This work will result in recommendations to the School Board in spring 2017 regarding long-term savings opportunities and strategies.
