FISD campuses are observing Veterans Day throughout this week. Many are hosting special programs, dinners honoring veterans, making posters, having guest speakers or collecting items for troops. The week will end with the annual Frisco Community Parade Saturday at 11 a.m. on Main Street, which is aimed at thanking our veterans and men and women currently serving the nation.
