Dr. Gary Nye, assistant principal at Wester Middle School, has been selected as the winner of the Edgar L. Morphet Dissertation Award sponsored by the National Council for Professors of Educational Administration (NCPEA).He has been asked to present his dissertation at the national conference in August and will receive a monetary prize as well.

“We are very excited that he earned this national honor,” said his principal, Angela Romney.
