| FISD Food Donations Help in the Community |

| The FISD schools gathered 99,126 pounds of food this year to donate to the Frisco Family Services food pantry. This represented 31 percent of what was distributed to families this school year in the months of September ‘08-May ‘09. The food pantry assisted 1,092 families, representing 3,911 individuals during that time, according to representatives at the food pantry. This is an incredible testimony to the generous spirit of the students, parents and staff members – way to go! |
