Attention Parents of WHS Athletes:

Please click HERE for the required athletic paperwork that is due by July 25, 2012.  Also please note that starting 2012-2013 school year physicals are mandatory for ALL athletes grades 7th - 12th. If you have any questions please contact the Wakeland High Athletic Training office.  CareNow is offering Sports Physicals for $12 until July 31, 2012.

Cardiac Screening Being Offered at Lone Star High School for Wakeland HS, Frisco HS and Lone Star HS.

The Frisco ISD Athletic Department has announced the FISD Cardiac Screening dates in May for student athletes in grades 9 through 12. Students who are planning to participate in baseball, softball, basketball, swimming, cross-country, tennis, football, track, golf, volleyball, soccer and wrestling are encouraged to participate in the screening. The screenings cost $15 per person and must be paid in cash only. Forms must be turned in by May 4, 2012 to Coach Beaty or Coach Langford . Click HERE for more information.

UIL 2012-2014 Re-Alignment
The University Interscholastic League (UIL) announced the biennial realignment for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 football and basketball competitive districting. WHS will compete in Region 2, District 9 4-A along with the following high schools:

Frisco High School

Centennial High School

Heritage High School

Liberty High School

Little Elm High School

Prosper High School

The Colonoy High School
