New FISD Registration Process for All Students

Effective for the 2010-2011 school year, ALL students are required to register for school through our new on-line system. Below are the instructions for each type of student: Returning and New.   Registration will require Internet access and a printer. If you do not have access to a computer and/or printer, please visit the Scoggins front office to complete your student’s registration on or after July 30, 2010.

Returning Students to FISD

Students who attended FISD last school year need to follow the steps listed below.

STEP ONE: Acquire a "Snapcode" ID

  • A "Snapcode" ID number was mailed to your student’s primary address on July 22, 2010. This is a registration code to be used to make the registration process easier on parents.
  • Logon to www.friscoisd.org and follow the snapcode links at the top of the home page and complete the registration process.
  • At the end of the online registration, an acknowledgement form must be printed and signed by the parent.

STEP TWO: Bring Documentation to the School on Schedule Pick-Up Night

  • Your acknowledgement form; printed and signed.
  • Proof of Residence (must be a copy of current water, gas or electric bill--cable or cell phone bills will not work)
  • Current immunization record – ONLY if Scoggins nurse has contacted you about the school needing an updated copy.
  • The above steps must be completed before your student can pick up their schedule.

New Students to FISD

New students to FISD should follow the steps below.

STEP ONE: Bring Documentation to the School ON or AFTER JULY 30, 2010

STEP TWO: Acquire a "Snapcode" ID

  • A snapcode ID number will be emailed to your primary email address within 24 hours of receiving the documents listed above.
  • Logon to www.friscoisd.org and follow the snapcode links at the top of the home page and complete the registration process.
  • At the end of the online registration, an acknowledgement form must be printed and signed by the parent.

STEP THREE: Bring Documentation to the School on Schedule Pick-Up Night

  • Your acknowledgement form; printed and signed.
