| New Student/First-Time Enrollment: |
If you are a new or first time enrolling student, you'll need to provide your campus with the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Records
- Parent Driver License
- Proof of Residence (water, gas or electric bill)
- Your child's last report card
- Scores from standardized testing
- Pre-Enrollment Form: English | Spanish

| 2011-2012 Immunization Requirements |
Next year's incoming 7th and 8th graders are required to have certain immunizations before they can start the school year according to the Texas State Immunization Law for Students. Please check with your student's physician to see if they need to get these immunizations or if they have already received them.
