Mrs. Grace McDowell is in her 20th year as an educator and 9th year in Frisco ISD. She comes to Fowler after serving as Liberty High School’s Assistant Athletic Coordinator and Head Coach for the Redhawk Basketball team for the past four years. She has taught at multiple levels, including middle school, high school and college in the states of Ohio, Arkansas, and Texas. Mrs. McDowell spent three years at Lyon College as the Director of Physical Education and Head Girls' Basketball Coach, before making the decision to move to Frisco in 2002. She received her Bachelors Degree from Lyon College, and her Masters Degrees from University of Houston and Lamar University. She is married to Dr. Derek McDowell, who is a teacher at Liberty High School, and has a 13 year old daughter, Derrica.

Mr. Rocky Agan is serving his 5th year as an Assistant Principal at Pat & Catherine Fowler Middle School. With 22 years experience as an educator, Mr. Agan taught both middle school and high school Math and coached for the first 12 years. He has served as an Assistant Principal the last 10 years. He came to Frisco ISD in 2004 as an Assistant Principal to Pioneer Heritage Middle School. Beginning in 1989, he has taught and coached in Terrell ISD, Santa Fe (TX) ISD and Mt. Pleasant ISD and was an Assistant Principal in the Waxahachie ISD. He received his Bachelors Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and his Masters Degree from Texas A&M – Commerce. He is married to Anna and has a 12 year old son, Ryan.
