Lone Star High School is proud to announce the hiring of our campus Athletics Coodinators. The Athletics Coordinators are responsible for the administration and supervision of all campus Athletics activities. Their primary responsibilities include the responsible management of the resources allocated to the campus Athletics program including budgets, scheduling, materials management, camps, community relations and outreach and the supervision and evaluation of Athletics personnel.

Phil Fuller is the Lone Star High School Campus Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach. Coach Fuller began his teaching/coaching career in 1971 at Mount Vernon HS in Mount Vernon, TX. Since that time, he has served 20 years as an Offensive Coordinator and helped to build successful programs at Waxahachie HS, Plano East HS and Kilgore College. Coach Fuller has also worked as a Defensive Coordinator for nearly 20 years, building programs at Howard Payne University, where he also served as Athletic Director, and at Frisco HS where he worked for the past five seasons.

After four years of active duty service in the United States Air Force Angiewent on toreceive her Bachelors degree in Education from Lamar University in 1999 and her Master's Degree in Educational Administration also from Lamar Universityin 2010. Angie has been teaching and coaching for 12 years. She has taught PE, Health and Reading and coached track, cross country, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. Angie has developed and sustained successful athletic programs in Beaumont, Blooming Grove, and Bastrop. In addition, Angie holds anNSCAA Advanced Regional Soccer Coaching license andNSCAA Goal Keeping License. She has been involved in training select soccer teams in Beaumont,Tx atSpindletop Select and Bastrop,Tx at AllianceF.C. Angie has been married to Robby Watson for 17 years, who is also a coach in Frisco ISD, and has two children.Her daughter Hailey will be a sophomore and her son Hayden will be aneighth grader in Frisco ISD.

The University Interscholastic League, or UIL, recently announced the re-alignment for UIL competition and activities. Lone Star HS is classified as a 3A school and will compete in Region II, District 11 along with the following 5 teams (for most sports):
