Rotary Spotlight (October, 2005)

Molly Kinson and Eric StrommeEach month, the Frisco Noon Rotary Club honors seniors from Frisco ISD high schools.

On Thursday, October 20, FHS seniors Molly Kinson and Eric Stromme were highlighted for their outstanding achievements.

Molly Kinson is the daughter of Gary and Georgette Kinson. She is president of the National Honor Scoiety, president of Spanish Club and vice president of the Senior Class. She is also involved in the Independent Study Mentorship Program and is a Commended Student in the National Merit Scholarship Program. Molly has over 600 volunteer hours and has received the President's Volunteer Service Award. She plans to pursue a major in Environmental Science at one of the nearby colleges or universities.

Eric Stromme is the son of John and Mary Stromme. He is co-captain of the varsity cross country team and is also a member of the varisty track team. He is president of the Debate team and has been a state qualifier three years in a row. He is also a member of National Honor Society and is a Commended Student in the National Merit Scholarship Program, along with being an Advanced Placement Recognized Student. Eric is a supervisor at Kroger and has earned more than 100 community service hours. He plans on pursuing a degree in Engineering at Cornell.
