Fair In The Square Donates Funds to FEF (May 11, 2007)

Fair in the Square Donation Frisco Square, a master-planned lifestyle community in the heart of Frisco, recently hosted Fair in the Square, a family-oriented carnival.  Talley Amusements—who operates the rides, food and midway at both the State Fair of Texas and the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, among others—brought great fun to Frisco with an atmosphere filled with rides, food, games and attractions.  More than 10,000 came to the event. A portion of the proceeds from Fair in the Square was donated to the Frisco Education Foundation. On Thursday, May 10, organizers presented the Frisco Education Foundation with a check for $3,500. They plan to make this an annual event and hope that it will grow in popularity, bringing even more funds to the Foundation.
