January Rotary Spotlight (January, 2008)

January Rotary studentsEach month, the Frisco Noon Rotary Club recognizes two Frisco ISD seniors for their outstanding accomplishments.

On January 24, Rotarians honored Tiffany Weaver and Zachary Montgomery of Centennial High School.

Tiffany is the daughter of Glenn and Debora Weaver. She has been a CHS student since her sophomore year and has been involved in JV soccer (captain), National German Honor Society (secretary), National Honor Society, German Club (president) and is senior head student athletic trainer. She volunteers with Frisco Miracle League and at Victoria Gardens and is a hostess at LaHacienda Ranch. She plans to attend Texas A&M to major in business administration to earn an international business certification.

Zack is the son of Robert and Amy Montgomery. He has been involved with the Centennial Choir for four years, including Vibe, and has worked with the Centennial Sweethearts, along with membership in National Honor Society, Ultimate Frisbee and Youth Leadership Frisco. He is a Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership honoree and is currently second in his class. Zack participates in student tutoring and volunteers with the children’s ministry and choir at his church. He plans to attend Texas A&M to obtain a bachelor’s degree in accounting, an MBA in finance and then Harvard Law School.
