Four Students Named National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholars (September, 2006)

The National Hispanic Recognition Program, established in 1983, is a College Board program that provides national recognition of the exceptional academic achievements of Hispanic high school seniors and identifies them for post-secondary institutions.

College Board and NHRP have announced that 4,700 students from a pool of 175,000 students who took the 2005 PSAT are designated as Scholars or Honorable Mention Finalist.

Centennial High School has four students who have been recognized as NHRP Scholars. They are Karise Carrillo, Antonio Figueroa, Bryan Girbaldo, David Ramirez.
