Centennial Medical Center Believes Education Pays.
Centennial Medical Center presented the Frisco Education Foundation with a $3,333.00 check representing their first installment of a $10,000 Sustaining Partner donation at the FEF board meeting January 8, 2009. Centennial Medical Center has been a Sustaining Partner of the Foundation since 2005 and a major supporter of the students and staff of FISD through the Foundation as sponsors of special events and scholarship awards.
According to Foundation President, Sarah Claunch, “the Sustaining Partner Program along with the support of the Corporate Community is a crucial element in ensuring the perpetuity of the Foundation. The Foundation Board is extremely thankful to Centennial Medical Center for their generosity and appreciative of their support to the mission of the Foundation.”
Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Frisco Education Foundation is a not for profit 501(c)3 started in 1999. The Foundation’s mission is to provide financial resources to maximize student potential in the Frisco Independent School District through educational scholarships for high school seniors and educators through innovative “Grants for Great Ideas!”
