The City of Frisco Public Art Program's Art in the Atrium exhibition, featuring works of 32 local artists, kicked off with a reception Wednesday night, November 2, at the George A. Purefoy Municipal Complex. Among the local artists featured were several FISD employees or students.

The works of these artists will be on display through August 26, according to Laverne Forwark, art teacher at Curtsinger Elementary School and a member of the City of Frisco Public Art Board.
