Photo Gallery Art by Zach Welch of Frisco High School has been selected for the YAM exhibit in Austin. A photo by Lauren Caves of Lone Star High School will be part of the YAM exhibit in March.

Art works by Zach Welch of Frisco High School and Lauren Caves of Lone Star High School have been chosen for display at the state capitol building from March 18 - 25 as part of the 2012 Youth Art Month celebration.

The art will be on display at the North Extension of the capitol in Austin. The students will be honored at a reception on March 25. The work will also be displayed online through Artsonia.

Welch is a student of Katie Gallimore and Caves is a student of Jennifer Fronterhouse, both FISD art instructors.
