The Frisco ISD Board of Trustees presented a resolution commending the Frisco Education Foundation for the many scholarships and grants provided during its first 10 years of existence. Director Allison Miller presented her annual report to the board, noting that over the course of its first ten years over $1.8 million has been presented to graduating seniors and $150,000 in grants to educators. The Foundation Board has worked hard to keep up with the growth in FISD and to build the assets of the Foundation. "Our job as a board to raise funds not just for now but for future generations ," Miller said.
