Congratulations on your new job with the Frisco Independent School District. The first few days on a new job and joining a school district can be intimidating and challenging. There will be forms to fill out, new people to meet and lots of information to digest. We want your introduction to the district to be a great experience.

New Hire Orientation
The New Hire Orientation is the first step in welcoming you to the Frisco Independent School District. It is designed to provide you with a smooth transition into your new position, vital information to help you enroll in district benefits, and a solid foundation for successful growth and development in the district.

During the two-hour orientation you will become familiar with the district’s organizational structure and policies and procedures. Representatives from departments such as Human Resources, Technology, and Professional Development will discuss pertinent information you need as you start your new career. The orientation extends beyond just a one-day event. You will be given resources to use as a guide to help the assimilation process into your new role on your campus or department.

New employees are required to attend New Employee Orientation, held on designated dates from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Frisco ISD Administration Building, 5515 Ohio Drive, Frisco, TX 75035 (map).

Once you are recommended for hire, you may reserve your spot for an orientation session. To register for an upcoming date contact:
