Requests to distribute information should come through the Communications Department. All requests are subject to the District's policies and guidelines on non-school material distribution.

View online policy for more information on the distribution of non-school materials.

Signs, Flyers and Hand-Outs
You may display signs (limited groups based on sign ordinances) or place flyers and hand-outs in The Community Folder on the website. These materials of interest to students and families must be cleared through the Communications Department and an approval letter must be obtained for signs prior to campus display. Contact the Communications Department for more information. View information regarding our signage requirements.

The Community Folder

The Community Folder is a feature of our website where you can post your electronic flyers and include a link to your website. This information can be for elementary school students, secondary students or both. There will be a separate section for summer programs as well. Links to the Community Folder will be placed on campus websites and campuses will be encouraged to communicate to their students and parents to check the Community Folder for the latest information.

Community Folder Submission
Submit your information below. It will be sent to the Communications Department for approval. You'll be contacted if there is a problem or we need more information. Your flyer/attachment needs to be a single file in PDF format and can't exceed 3 megabytes in size.

Expiration of Information
On the form you can choose when your information expires. Please choose an appropriate date. Non-summer information will expire at the end of the school year it was submitted. It will be your responsibility to resubmit information from school year to school year.

Summer program information cannot be submitted until January of the year of your program. Summer program information will automatically expire at the end of August of the current summer unless designated before that.
