Frisco ISD has more than 3,700 employees making it the fifth largest employer in Collin County. Approximately 500 new employees were hired for the 2007-2008 school year to meet the growth in the district. Of the 3,700 plus employees more than 1,900 are teachers. Twenty percent of our staff members have advanced degrees. The average years of teaching experience is 7.9 years, and 52.9% have six or more years experience.
